How to buy Dogecoin (DOGE) from Serbia?

In this thread we will list all options for buying Dogecoin (DOGE) from Serbia or as a Serbian citizen.

As a Serbian citizen, with a Serbian debit card I bought Dogecoin through Changelly.com

So since I spent only 50 EUR, about 20% of my money was spent on fees. That is why it is recommended to buy less frequently and when you are ready to invest more.
